Technical Consultant - Sustainable Development and Bio-Cultural Conservation of the Suriname-Brazil Border Program, Organization of American States, Washington, D.C., USA

Served as Technical Energy Consultant for the implementation of the Organization of American States' Special Multilateral Fund of the Inter-American Council for Integral Development (FEMCIDI)-funded Sustainable Development and Bio-Cultural Conservation of the Suriname-Brazil Border Program.

● Participated as renewable energy expert on a technical mission to the Suriname Amazon Region (Kwamalasamutu and Alalapadu) to assess renewable energy deployment needs and opportunities among the Trio and Wayana Communities.

● Performed a renewable energy assessment and provided recommendations under the renewable energy component of the program, as a means to offset the dependency on high-cost fossil fuel generators for provision of energy needs.
