Served as Team Leader, on behalf of the Americas Sustainable Development Foundation (ASDF) as part of a Global Factor-ASDF international consortium for the implementation of the UNIDO-funded Assessment of the current status of the Circular Economy for developing National Road-maps for Brazil, Chile, Mexico and Uruguay on behalf of the United Nations Climate Technology Centre & Network (CTCN).
● Performed overall project management, including technical, administrative and financial aspects and led and coordinated a multi-disciplinary team of 5-10 senior multidisciplinary experts deployed in Brazil, Chile, Mexico and Uruguay.
● Developed the implementation planning and communication documents.
● Prepared status report and technical briefing for each country.
● Identified the Circular Economy (CE) value and definition of benefits, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges in each country.
● Reviewed and upgraded the international CE bench-marking experiences.
● Mapped successful cases of application of industry 4.0 at international level to adopt practices locally.
● Identified potential projects in CE for each participating country, prioritizing specific geographical areas.
