Serve as part-time Senior Circular Economy Advisor in the GIZ-funded ProUsar Program:

Executive guidance: With my cross-disciplinary and multi-sector experience accompany CEOs and Business Owners active in the Textile, Packaging and Electronics Value Chains in Colombia to explore and adopt circular economy solutions in their business models and activities.
Ecosystem Assessment: Analyze the current state of the ecosystem based on the capabilities developed in the last 12 months, identifying strengths, weaknesses and areas for improvement.
Strategic Development: Contribute to the strengthening and evolution of the strategy and vision of the ecosystem for the circular economy in the three value chains, incorporating new regulations and better practices.
Facilitation of Collaboration: Facilitate coordination and articulation between the different actors of the ecosystem.
Update of Cooperators and Team: Update and train the collaborators and the team of ProUSAR on the latest trends and regulations in the circular economy, including the new ISO and other relevant standards.
Specialization in Plastic Packaging and Containers: Apply my specialized knowledge in the packaging and plastic containers chain to offer technical and strategic solutions.
Capacity Development: Accompany the development of capacities in the circular economy in the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem. And development of support and mentoring for entrepreneurs.
