As Project Manager on behalf of ASDF led the Evaluation of Circular Economy Strategies and Business Models for the National Vehicles Recovery Centre (CNS) of the SURA Group.

● Analyzed the global trends and initiatives in the field of the automotive industry related to the Circular Economy (CE).

● Assessed the current best international practices in the management of components and vehicle materials at the end of use, in order to understand if there are opportunities to optimize the current operations of the CNS to solve its current challenges and be able to jump start the transition towards a business model more compatible with the principles of circular economy.

● Identified opportunities and guided the transition towards circular economy compatible business activities.

● Project focus: a) exchanging of best practices, b) road-map to achieve strategic alliances and circular business opportunities, c) recommending performance indicators related to CE.
