As OAS Technical/Energy Advisor for the implementation of a United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO)-funded Development of a 2.2 MW Maddens Wind Farm on Nevis, West Indies.
● Participated in the development and commissioning of the first wind farm in the Eastern Caribbean. Achieved in July of 2010.
Engaged as member of the OAS technical team, as a neutral broker, on behalf of the Nevis Island Administration (NIA) with a private wind developer and the Nevis Electrical Company (NEVLEC) in addressing the technical, regulatory (including facilitating the negotiations regarding the Power Purchase and Sale Agreement between developer and NEVLEC); and financial requirements for the commissioning of a 2.2 MW Wind Farm at Maddens on Nevis.
