Served as Head of the Caribbean Program and principal liaison with the Caribbean governments, partnering NGOs, project developers and other stakeholders in the region, also responsible for research, analysis, and outreach to solve the region’s sustainability energy, water, and climate change challenges.

● As Project Manager of the EUEI-PDF funded Belize Renewable Energy Capacity Building Project: (1) Introduced and tailored natural resource assessment methods and assessed required equipment to perform renewable energy assessment and primary data gathering and analyses for future mapping by the ministry; (2) Performed detailed data collection, analysis and calibration assessments to recommend suitable hardware and data collection methods; (3) Drafted a comprehensive 2030 Sustainable Energy Roadmap for Belize; and (4) Supervised the technical implementation of the Project in partnership with Meister Consulting Group (MCG) and Trama TecnoAmbiental (TTA) in Belize, the Ministry of Public Service, Energy and Public Utilities.

● As Project Manager of the USAID funded Caribbean Clean Energy Program - CARCEP: (1) Provided tailored technical assistance to the participating project countries in addressing energy market barriers to the increased deployment and application of energy efficient and renewable energy technologies in the wider Caribbean region; (2) Was responsible for management of consultants, and contribute and supervise the technical implementation of the Caribbean Clean Energy Program (CARCEP) components assigned to WWI in partnership with Deloitte, Energy Dynamics Ltd, and Electrical Engineering Associates (EEA) in Jamaica, Barbados, and the Eastern Caribbean under supervision of the ministries in charge of energy in the respective project countries.
