OAS Project Manager for the implementation of the US-Department of State (DOS) funded Energy and Climate Partnership of the Americas – ECPA Caribbean Project:

● Responsible as principle lead for the implementation of project activities including providing short-term legal counsel and technical assistance to 15 Caribbean States (Antigua & Barbuda, Barbados, the Bahamas, Belize, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia and St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname and Trinidad & Tobago).

● Provide technical assistance on clean energy projects, and support dialogue on possible sub-sea electrical interconnections between independent Caribbean nations and United States territories (Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands) as an alternative to address long-term Caribbean energy security challenges.
